King Swim Deakin

< back

This project forms the second stage off the Deakin masterplan undertaken by Turco and Associates. An existing 50m swimming pool is removed and replaced by two 25m pools. The revised configuration provides a commercially viable swimming pool tenancy which occupies minimal site area.

Above, two floors of high-quality office space maximise the commercial viability of the development. These floors are articulated as a single large volume, providing clear programmatic differentiation while shading the glazing of the Northern façade. Internally, new tenancies are integrated into stage one of the development via a linear atrium which spans two floors.

The simple and efficient office floor plates of the project allow a multitude of tenancy configurations subject to market demand including the possibility of tenancies which span over multiple levels.
